These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the vviph platform — including all games, payment services, bonuses, and account features. One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one vviph account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of another person, or accounts with falsified identity information will be suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with these terms.
Withdrawals Require KYC
No withdrawal of any amount will be processed until your vviph account has completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and age confirmation.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your vviph account are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific promotion terms. Withdrawing bonus funds before fulfilling these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Prohibited Conduct
Collusion, use of software bots, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on vviph. Detection of prohibited conduct results in immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement as appropriate.

Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions and in all communications between vviph and the Player.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the vviph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules published on the vviph platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the vviph platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any subsequent amendments published in accordance with Section 15.
Important: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and vviph. You are strongly advised to read the document in full before registering. If you have questions about any clause, contact our support team before proceeding.
Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an account on vviph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under the PAGCOR regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate or non-individual registrations are not permitted.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
- You must not be self-excluded from vviph or any PAGCOR-licensed operator through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
- You must not be a director, employee, consultant, or close family member of vviph or any third-party supplier to the platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep this information updated at all times.
vviph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Age Verification: vviph employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account where there is reasonable suspicion of the Player being under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending bets cancelled, and deposits refunded pending full verification. winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld.
Account Management
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one vviph account. Opening, maintaining, or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all related accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and notification to PAGCOR.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vviph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify vviph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. vviph shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
4.3 Account Information Accuracy. You must ensure that all personal information on your account — including name, date of birth, email address, and registered mobile number — is accurate and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. vviph may apply an inactivity maintenance fee of ₱50 per month after issuing a prior written notice to your registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a closed inactive account by contacting support and completing re-verification.
Note: Keeping your registered email address and mobile number current is essential for account security alerts, two-factor authentication, and withdrawal notifications. Update your contact details promptly after any change.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vviph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven OTC (deposits only). vviph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your vviph account. vviph may impose additional deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes, including limits set voluntarily by the Player through account settings.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions.
- All withdrawals require completed KYC verification, including valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount as specified in your account dashboard.
- Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal can only be made to payment instruments registered under the same name as the vviph account holder.
- Funds must be wagered at least once before becoming eligible for withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in applicable promotion terms.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on vviph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). vviph does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.
5.5 Chargebacks and Reversals. Any Player who initiates an unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a legitimate vviph deposit will have their account suspended immediately. All pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending resolution. Chargebacks determined to be fraudulent may be reported to PAGCOR and referred to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and special rewards offered by vviph are subject to these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms of each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your vviph account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms at the time of offer.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Placing low-risk, mathematically guaranteed wagers to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play risk (also known as "hedging" or "bonus hunting").
- Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonus structures.
- Providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which you would not otherwise be eligible.
Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure at vviph's discretion.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.
Note on Promotions: vviph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Promotions page and, where material, via registered email.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Game Availability. vviph offers live casino games, online slots, bingo, sabong, sports betting, and RNG table games. Game availability may vary and is subject to change. Some games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or during maintenance periods.
7.2 Game Fairness. All RNG-based games (slots, RNG table games, bingo) use independently certified random number generators. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers in regulated studios. All games comply with PAGCOR's standards for game integrity and published return-to-player (RTP) statistics.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, network interruption, or technical error during active gameplay, vviph reserves the right to declare affected bets void and return stakes to player accounts. No player is entitled to winnings generated as a result of a proven game error or malfunction, regardless of the displayed outcome. vviph's decision regarding malfunction outcomes is final.
7.4 Bet Finality. Once confirmed, bets placed on vviph are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player, except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or product. Live in-play sports bets cannot be reversed once accepted.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. Winnings from a single bet or a single game session may be subject to maximum payout limits as specified in individual game rules or applicable promotion terms. Where a maximum payout limit applies, it takes precedence over the theoretical win amount displayed during gameplay.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vviph platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral:
- Fraud and Identity Falsification — providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials.
- Money Laundering — using vviph for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities. vviph is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities under applicable anti-money laundering law.
- Use of Automated Software — deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to interact with the platform, including to place bets, fulfill wagering requirements, or exploit game mechanics.
- Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live table games, or any multiplayer game format.
- Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities — deliberately exploiting any software bug, error, or pricing mistake to gain an advantage not available to regular players under normal conditions.
- Unauthorized Account Access — accessing another player's account without their consent, regardless of whether the login credentials were willingly shared.
- Minor Access Facilitation — knowingly allowing or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access and use a vviph account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vviph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the vviph brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of vviph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the vviph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, publication, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use of vviph intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings without further notice.
Privacy & Data
vviph collects, processes, stores, and in limited cases shares personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on vviph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: registration information, KYC documentation, transactional records, gameplay history, device and technical data, and communication records. This data is processed for purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and service improvement.
vviph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to regulatory reporting (PAGCOR), fraud prevention service providers, and payment processing partners under strict data processing agreements.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, vviph's total liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
11.2 vviph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any gaming losses arising from use of or inability to access the platform.
11.3 vviph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, and regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
11.4 Gaming is inherently a risk-based activity. Losses incurred through normal gameplay do not constitute a claim against vviph. By using the platform, Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they may lose funds wagered.

Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 By vviph. vviph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity falsification.
- Regulatory requirement or PAGCOR directive.
- Player self-exclusion request, whether submitted directly to vviph or through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
- Account inactivity as defined in Section 4.4.
- At vviph's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its regulatory obligations.
12.2 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting vviph live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any valid real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees, provided KYC has been completed.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your license to use the vviph platform ceases immediately. Pending wagers at the time of termination will be settled according to game rules and the outcomes credited or voided as applicable. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.
Responsible Gaming
vviph is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, vviph implements and maintains a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that includes:
- Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that take immediate effect and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Session time limits — Players may configure automatic session time limits with reminder notifications or hard-stop enforcement.
- Reality checks — Periodic on-screen reminders of total session time and net play results during active gambling sessions.
- Cooling-off periods — Temporary access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, applicable immediately upon request.

21+ Only. The vviph platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe someone under 21 may have access to your account, change your password immediately and contact vviph support. vviph cooperates with PAGCOR in the enforcement of underage gambling prevention measures.
Governing Law & Disputes
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and vviph regarding game outcomes, account decisions, payment processing, or any other platform-related matter, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to the vviph support team via live chat or email. vviph will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal support process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for review in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. vviph agrees to cooperate fully with PAGCOR dispute resolution investigations.
14.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute not resolved through the above procedures, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
vviph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required due to changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, platform features, payment services, or responsible gaming obligations.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via registered email and/or a prominent notice on the vviph platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. The continued use of the vviph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed event or transaction shall govern that dispute.
